Οn Tuesday, May 12, 2026, the Graduation Ceremony for the 3rd Series of the Joint Postgraduate Program entitled “Strategic Studies” was held on the premises of the Supreme Joint War College. 207 Officers were awarded their Master’s Degrees through the program, which is jointly organized by the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the Supreme Joint War College.
The event took place in the presence of the Commander of the Joint Academic Education Command, Lieutenant General Anastasios Polychronos, who attended as the official representative of the Chief of the Hellenic National Defence General Staff (HNDGS), General Dimitrios Choupis.
The ceremony was further honored by the presence of the Deputy Minister of the Interior, Sector of Macedonia and Thrace, Mr. Konstantinos Gioulekas.
The ceremony was also attended by the representative of the General Consulate of the Republic of Cyprus in Thessaloniki, Ms Georgia Pastelli Pantelidou, the representatives of the Chiefs of the General Staffs, political and religious authorities, officers of the Armed Forces, representatives of the Security Forces, academic authorities as well as relatives and friends of the graduates.
