The SJWC’s main mission is to provide senior officers of all three services
of the Armed Forces with joint training on operational and strategic level, as well as
academic education on key geopolitical issues, with a view to promote their
competence in planning, directing, and conducting joint operations, to train them
for staffing national and allied joint OHQs in their country and abroad, and other
national allied positions, and to shape them into proficient commanders and staff
officers.
Moreover, the College is a scientific and staff organisation in Armed Forces,
on matters pertaining to jointness, defence, security and geopolitical strategy of
national, allied and international interest.
