Οn Friday, June 26, 2026, the Graduation Ceremony for the 23rd Training Course was held on the premises of the Supreme Joint War College. The ceremony was honored by the presence of the Commander of the Joint Academic Education Command, Lieutenant General Anastasios Polychronos as the official representative of the Chief of the Hellenic National Defence General Staff (HNDGS), General Dimitrios Choupis.
The ceremony was also attended by the representative of the General Consulate of the Republic of Cyprus in Thessaloniki, Ms Georgia Pastelli Pantelidou, the representatives of the Chiefs of General Staff, political and religious authorities, officers of the Armed Forces, representatives of the Security Forces, academic authorities as well as relatives and friends of the graduates.
The ceremony honored a total of 249 graduating officers from the Hellenic Army (106), the Hellenic Navy (45), the Hellenic Air Force (54), Officers of the Joint Corps (2), Law Enforcement Officers (8), the Republic of Cyprus (24), as well as ten (10) foreign officers from allied countries (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Republic of Zambia, Republic of Armenia, Republic of North Macedonia and Bosnia-Herzegovina).
