From, 5 to 9 of May 2025, the Hellenic Supreme Joint War College (HSJWC) in cooperation with the European Security and Defense College (ESDC) organized, the
course “PM²: Project Management for CSDP Missions and Operations”, in Thessaloniki.
The aim of the course was to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the participants to use a widely recognized methodological framework that can be used to
manage many types of projects.
A total of 26 officers and permanent staff from the EU and outside of EU were trained during the course. The participants came from Greece (21), Portugal (1), Sweden
(1), Iraq (1), Netherlands (1) and Israel (1).
Experienced instructors from Germany and Greece delivered lessons.
The course was completed successfully and all trainees received the required certification.
