On September 25, 2025, the Hellenic Supreme Joint War College and the Faculty of Law of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki co-organized a conference marking thirty years since the Dayton Peace Agreement (November 1, 1995), which ended the Bosnian War (1992–1995).
The thematic sessions of the conference focused on issues of international politics and strategy, European integration, and diplomatic history. Among the speakers were professors and researchers from universities across the Balkans.
The event was held within the framework of the course *“Leadership”* as part of the training program for the 23rd Educational Series of Officers.
The conference was sponsored by the Hellenic National Defense General Staff (HNDGS) through the **“ARISTOTELIS”** Program. This program is based on a Cooperation Agreement between HNDGS and Aristotle University of Thessaloniki to support the Joint Postgraduate Program titled *“Strategic Studies”*, jointly run by the Supreme Joint War College and the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
The conference took place in the Ceremony Hall of the Old Building of the Faculty of Philosophy of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
It was attended by the officers of the 23rd Educational Series, students of the university, and distinguished figures of the city.
